COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CN3000T10 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27BM013HXP by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schrader Brand PHEA481251300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as P50B08100VC7F equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A1200R made by Safetronics as well as the popular 0410300024 original spares produced by Sagian-Incorporated Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 68ZBM140HXSB4 by Sanyo-Denki and P50B08100VC7F spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FP5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
